Perfectly worn Bullhead Pipes II jean reworked with fabric swatches patched together as double knees, nickel rivet reinforcement, and a tramp stamp logo.

I went through 200 + gallons of discarded fabric swatches from Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse and picked my favorites to rework into double knees! I really wanted to focus on the real patchwork feel with these ones so i left the edges to fray while intentionally overstitching to give them some texture and depth.

Materials

Pant : dark wash denim , orange rust thread

Double Knee : Discarded fabric swatches , nickel rivets, white polyester thread

Double Knee Pocket Interior : Secondhand Dickies pant cotton
