Jordache jean reworked with quilted fabric swatches utilized as double knees and an addition of a back pocket wrapped in corduroy.

I went through 200 + gallons of discarded fabric swatches from Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse and picked my favorites to rework into double knees! I really wanted to focus on the real patchwork feel with these ones so i left the edges to fray while intentionally overstitching to give them some texture and depth.

Materials

Pant : Rich blue denim , orange thread

Double Knee : Secondhand , fabric swatches , white polyester thread

Back Pocket : Secondhand , brown denim , tan corduroy with red and white striping , white polyester thread
